an annual “premium” of €45 to €65 for every €1,000 invested, based on the date and type of subscription.

This premium that can be converted into days of stay in the renovated houses or into wine and other local products.

How do I participate?

Joining the project is easy.

You can acquire shares in the LLC that manages the individual project through the equity-crowdfunding system.

Equity-Crowdfunding is the term that indicates the process by which several people (“crowd” or crowd) contribute sums of money (funding), even of modest amounts, to finance an entrepreneurial project and purchase a real shareholding in a company (equity). In this specific case, it is possible to join in the following ways:

  • subscribe and pay for subscribed shares by 10 September 2024;
  • subscribe, without obligation, to quotas in the phase preceding the start of the collection campaign on a dedicated platform, expected by the end of September 2024;
  • subscribing and pay for shares subscribed during the capital increase campaign of the srl, which is expected to close by 31 December 2024.
