Responsible for the Guardavalle Project, here he briefly presents the project that wants to exploit the fortunate coincidence of having an ancient vine that bears the same name as the village on which the intervention is proposed: Guardavalle.
The project allows you to invest, even with modest amounts, in the renovation of some groups of houses in the historic center of Guardavalle and/or in the creation of new vineyards.
Lotta and Ezdra
Guardavalle has always been a meeting place, and many foreigners have decided to invest in its territory. Lotta and Ezdra come from Sweden, more precisely from Stockholm. Five years ago they bought a house in Guardavalle, where they often go throughout the year, to experience its lively environment, its lush nature and its sea.
Susan
A consultant from London, Susan chose Guardavalle for its authenticity. Mass tourism has never arrived here, nor has the wild exploitation of its beauty and resources. She was looking for a place where she could breathe the lost atmosphere of the Mediterranean: the village festivals, the shopkeeper, the street vendor, the virgin beaches and the sound of the bells. In Guardavalle she found all this.
Adam
An artist who has decided to permanently leave his hometown, Manchester in England, to move to Guardavalle, where he now feels at home and part of a big family.
Territory
We are in Calabria, in the land of Tommaso Campanella and Cardinal Sirleto. A land rich in history and with a great architectural, cultural and environmental heritage. A place where you can fully experience the Mediterranean Style, with excellent food and the great warmth of the people who immediately welcome you and make you feel at home.
